Consultations

Initial consultations offered through this website are complimentary and non-binding. Submitting a form does not create a contractual obligation for either party.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Design Kaksh unless otherwise stated. Project photography may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes with client consent.

Limitation of Liability

Design Kaksh is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this website. Our liability for design services is limited to the terms specified in individual project agreements.
